About Us
Founded in 2022 in Henderson, Nevada, we opened Evergreen during a time when connection felt scarce and community felt fragile. We set out to create a space that felt grounding, built around good coffee, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality. In a city where the coffee scene felt limited, we set out to explore what coffee could be when approached with curiosity & care.
Coffee and food are how care is practiced across difference — bringing people together through exceptional coffee, multicultural flavors & purpose-driven work. We’ve learned that consistency is built through intention, not speed, which is why we build slowly to protect the quality that make a space worth returning to.
Named after the coffee plant, a symbol of resilience and continuity, Evergreen exists for those like you who are carrying full days while building something that matters. Whether you are passing through or making Evergreen part of your routine, we hope each visit offers a sense of steadiness you can feel, trust, and take with you.
